Heatless Desiccant Dryers (also known as Regenerative Desiccant Dryers) are the simplest way to provide a factory with clean, dry compressed air. With very few moving parts, heatless desiccant dryers are extremely reliable and require little maintenance. Heatless dryers come ready to install and generally have a small footprint taking up less valuable factory floor space. Desiccant does not need replacement for approximately 5 years, so there is no need for constant supervision. Heatless dryers use purge air to regenerate one tower while the other tower is in use.

Medical dryers or Breathing Air Systems delivers a dewpoint of +2°C as mandated by NFPA 99. The medical dryers operates in the principle of pressure swing adsorption, hence removes more moisture than a refrigeration air dryers, and it delivers moisture free dry air consistently irrespective of flow variation. Based on medical application criticality, the package comes with one working and one stand by dryers. So there is no need to stop the air dryers for maintenance.
